Five desks, side by side

Each desk has one job. Together they take an idea from first spot to closed trade.

What's real, and what isn't yet

The floor is being built in stages, and it says which stage each part is at.

Real now

  • Live crypto and memecoin prices from Coinbase
  • Delayed stock prices from Yahoo Finance
  • Inflation figures from the IMF
  • Tech news with each source's own counts
  • Charts, screener, alerts and journal

Demo for now

  • Desk entries, each labelled as having no strategy signal yet
  • The paper balance and its results
  • Desk halts, which you can simulate from settings

Not connected yet

  • The desks' own paper ledger
  • The daily X briefing from Grok
  • Fees and slippage, which arrive with the trade engine
  • Your own paper account

Honesty at the heart of it all

A result only counts if it clears these rules. If the data can't support a number, you see that instead of the number.

In place now

Paper only

No exchange keys, no wallets and no real-money code anywhere in the site. Nothing here can place a real order.

In place now

30 trades before a verdict

Expectancy stays hidden behind “not enough data” until a desk has 30 closed trades. A short lucky run proves nothing.

In place now

Old prices are called old

If a price goes stale or a market closes, the floor says so and no desk can open a trade on it. Nothing is filled in.

In place now

The losses stay up

Every close stays on the record, good or bad, in the journal and on the charts.

In place now

Exposure caps

Risk Gate rejects any ticket that would push open positions past 60% of the balance.

With the trade engine

Fees and slippage count

A result only means something after the costs a real trade would pay. These get charged once the real trade engine is built.

Where the data comes from

Every figure on the site comes from a public source you can check for yourself.

Yahoo Finance

Stock prices, delayed and only moving while the market is open.

IMF

Inflation by country. Recent years are estimates and forecasts.

Hacker News

What people in tech are discussing, with real points and comments.

You, later on

Running your own paper account and strategies is on the roadmap. It isn't here yet.

Questions

Is this real money?

No. Everything here is paper trading: real prices, simulated trades. There are no deposits, withdrawals, exchange keys or wallets, and you can't lose or make money on this site.

Are the AI desks trading right now?

Not yet. The prices are real, but the entries you see today are demo entries with no strategy behind them, and each one is labelled that way. The desks' own paper ledger connects in a later stage.

So what can I trust today?

The market prices, the charts drawn from them and the maths. Treat the balance and results as a working demo of how the floor will report, not as evidence that any rules make money.

What does “not enough data” mean?

A result needs enough trades behind it to mean anything. Until a desk has 30 closed trades, the floor shows that message instead of a number that would look more certain than it is.

How fresh are the prices?

Crypto and memecoins stream live from Coinbase. Stocks come from Yahoo Finance and are delayed. If a source stops, the affected markets are marked stale or unavailable.

Is any of this financial advice?

No. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

Can I run my own account?

Not yet. Accounts for other users are planned after the database and the trade engine are in place.

Who makes it?

Barncleuth Co. You can find the company at barncleuth.com.
